Welcome to Arkansas Poop Patrol. These Terms & Services govern the use of our website and services. By scheduling service or using our site, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Billing and Payment
- Payment is due prior to the date of service. If you have chosen a service plan, the total will be charged to your card on file on the 2nd of every month.
- Pricing reflects per visit; however, you will be invoiced one month at a time.
- Pricing is based on an average 3,000 square foot yard.
- If your card is declined, we will contact you to make other arrangements. If we are unable to connect, service will be discontinued immediately until the issue has been resolved.
- All major credit cards are accepted.
Yard Access
- If there is a gate, it must be unlocked and accessible on the day of service. If it is locked or blocked, we will notify you immediately. If we are unable to reach you within 5 minutes of arrival, service will be rescheduled and a $5 transportation fee will apply.
- Pets must remain indoors while services are performed until everyone feels comfortable and at ease.
- Gates will be properly secured, and a photo will be taken when our technician exits your property after each visit.
- Arkansas Poop Patrol is not responsible for waste missed due to overgrown grass, weeds, excessive leaf accumulation, or other obstructions caused by poor lawn maintenance.
Weather
- In the event of unsafe or inclement weather (wind chill below 32°F, lightning, or severe weather alerts), service will resume when conditions improve or as soon as scheduling allows.
- No refunds are provided for missed service days due to weather. We will work with you to arrange an alternate service date.
Scheduling and Cancellation
- Once a service plan is selected, we will assign your service day based on your area’s schedule.
- You will receive a courtesy text on your service day prior to our arrival.
- Service may be canceled at any time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged for the scheduled service.
Additional Information
- If we notice unhealthy changes in your pet’s waste (such as worms, blood, or diarrhea), we will notify you for awareness.
- Waste will be disposed of in the property’s trash bins. Off-site disposal is available for an additional $3 fee.
- If your cleaning area exceeds the 3,000 square feet used for pricing, we may schedule an in-person visit to provide a custom quote.
By scheduling service, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Services and authorize Arkansas Poop Patrol to remove pet waste from your property and dispose of it in your designated trash bin.
